Paul Gruber's drive and passion centers around how a company should not only treat their customers, but also cherish their people who are the most important piece to driving success each and every day.  Founding principals; by taking care of your people, your people will take care of its customers and clients.  It is with this great drive and unlimited thirst for success that Paul decided to launch WasteRec Services in June of 2011.  We now can proudly say we are an established commercial and residential logistic and related services company that offers solutions and a customer experience, second to none.

Paul had his first experience in the Waste and Recycling Hauling Industry in 1995, shortly after graduating from college. He later left the industry to work for an outsourced uniform service company between 1999 - 2004. In 2004, Paul found himself back in the Waste and Recycling Hauling Industry where he had worked up until 2011, before founding and launching WasteRec Services.

Overall, he has 20 years of combined experience in the Waste and Recycling Hauling/Supplier Industry and a combined 30 years in outsourced services.
