8 Weeks - 300k Carts Delivered
Hillsborough County, Florida
Quite an accomplishment for WasteRec...........over a 2 month period, successfully delivered 288k carts in Hillsborough County, FL. Canvasing nearly 1,000 square miles in just 8 weeks, WasteRec accomplished it's tallest task yet.
The feat included, running between 12 - 14 route/crews daily, while managing 3 separate delivery points/staging facilities. Over 500 tractor trailers of freight were received, with between 60 - 80 people working collectively towards one goal on a 6 day work week.
Our planning began in May working up to the project, then execution of our plan began August 1st, delivering carts over 100 collection routes throughout the County. We couldn't be prouder of our team, our organization, the commitment and dedication to perfection.
Because of our successes and attention to detail, the County then awarded WasteRec with all post deployment new starts, exchanges and container swaps. We've continued to run 7-10 route/crews throughout the month of October, ensuring all County residents are satisfied with post deployment change/add requests.
In just a little over a two year period, WasteRec has continued to grow into the service leader for the industry. Our ability to manage a project this size, while maintaining 9 service contracts and folding in 7 additional A & D projects, proves our future is bright. We constantly strive to satisfy our customers, celebrate our successes and grow our business.
